sjayman@gerberlawoffice.com Shawn J. Jayman graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 1997. In 2001, Mr. Jayman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa. where he graduated magna cum laude. Thereafter, in 2005, he received his juris doctorate degree from the Widener University School of Law, Harrisburg. Prior to joing the Law Office, Mr. Jayman was a Law Clerk with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation, Department of Labor and Industry. He was also a Certified Legal Intern with the Dauphin County Public Defenders Office as well as the Harrisburg Civil Law Clinic. Mr. Jayman was also a Caseworker with Dauphin County Pre-Trial Services prior to recieving his JD from Widener University School of Law. In addition to his law practice, Jayman is a Paralegal Instructor at Keystone Technical Institute in Harrisburg where he teaches Paralegal Specialist students on multiple legal topics including computer assisted legal research, Contracts, Criminal Procedure, Civil Litigation, Torts, Wills and Estates, Legal Writing and Criminal Law. Jayman is a native of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania and now resides in Harrisburg.
